- Accidental Payments: If you accidentally make a payment and wish to cancel, please notify us within 30 minutes of the payment. We will process your cancellation request and provide a full refund for mistaken payments reported within this timeframe.
- Post 30 Minutes: Requests for cancellation made after 30 minutes of the payment will not be accepted. Once the 30-minute window has passed, we will consider the payment as final and non-refundable.
