Juvly is basically a cosmetic dermatology in Columbus. Actually earlier they have good traffic on the website and gradually it decreases, resulting in loss in Search Engine Rankings and also loss in leads for their business. Project Initiated date – 17th –January, 2017
From the starting day we know that site has been hit by some Google Penalty. So we have to find the issue and resolve the issue ASAP. Secondly we have to gain the online presence again for Juvly.com and achieving rankings for a pre-selected number of target search terms (keywords) in all major Search Engines. The target search terms were selected according to the services provided and the potential offered in terms of search volume.
At the start of the project, of we have list of 75 keywords, targeting the all services of the Juvly Aesthetics Medspa.
Website had good presence on the Search Engines, but its traffic significantly is decreasing day by day. We analyze the website in Semrush Tool and found that website has been Hit by Google Mobile Update. Clearly as shown in the images below we can see that gradually the traffic from the website is decreasing.
Pre –Campaign Analysis
Before getting into Action, we first have Website Analysis of the website, Competitive Analysis and also find the ups and downs of the website in Google Analytics and Google Search Engine Console.
From the Day one, we firstly we plan to resolve the On-page issues of the website as shown in the above image. Secondly we have to ensure that all web pages were relevant to target keywords and phrases through basic Meta Optimization. A full website analysis was also done with plans devised for implementation. And then we will for Off- Page optimization and Maintaining Rankings
Every week benchmark reports are run on Google Search Engine and the number of target keywords in major search engine has increased progressively. SEO traffic to the website has also improved considerably.
As seen in the above picture, you can see the website is penalized. So firstly we have to resolve this asap and recover it from Panda & Penguin Update.
Clearly as you can see in the Moz errors, so many pages are missing Meta Tag’s.
Broken links were reported.
Images of the website are not optimized.
Most importantly, Client have four locations and we have to target each and every keyword with that particular location. That is the Biggest Challenge for us, to rank for each keyword with multiple location
Website Analysis – We first analyze the website and lookout for the errors reported. Since we find so many errors like, missing H1 tags, Meta’s, Alt Attributes, Broken links and sitemap also missing. So we resolve them first and then move to next part.
Keywords Analysis: – After website analysis, another important part is the keywords analysis. We did keyword analysis by targeting the main pages of the website by filtering the main keyword on that webpage. Keyword research will be carried out on the basis of data gathered from Google Adwords and the Competitor analysis.
Local Canada & Toronto Listings: – Since local listings helps a lot in building the presence, and also the business is missing on many local citations like Yelp, Yellow pages, merchant circle etc so we listed the website with full and exact business details in Local Toronto and Canada Business Listing.
Niche Health Listing: – Niche Directories submission also played an important role in building quality links and it got approved by the moderator over a period of one month and more.
Content marketing by targeting High PR submission websites to boost organic search results.
Article/Blog Posting: – I had submitted content over high PR article submission websites. I presented one Article over 3 high PR Article Submission Sites. My linking strategy always varied to achieve quality Backlinks although I changed submission sites every month.
Blog Submission & Search Engine Submission
I had targeted theme based blogs, which contained contact information and social media buttons. It helped to improve organic search results and increased traffic towards our website.
Search Engine Submission: – It sent an intimation to search engine bots to crawl our website.
Local Citation Submission
I started with local listing to publicize our services to a home audience. I had targeted only Australian Listing sites to increase organic traffic.
Second Month (OFF- Page Optimization BACKLINKS BUILDING)
This phase of the project is little bit longer and generally has many processes that are included in this. Few of the points that I am mentioning in this needs to be resolved at the earliest so that search engines looks favorably to the website.
